Answer: The main factor that will determine how long your spray booth intake filters last is the quality of the incoming air. We advise shops to move sanding, grinding or other dust generating activities outside or as far away from the intake filter bank as possible to maximize filter life. Some intake filters can also be backflushed with water to remove particles and extend the usable life of the filter.
