Question: What does the NESHAP (SUBPART HHHHHH) or EPA 6H rule mean?

Answer: The 6H rule basically means no more open air spraying, that you must use exhaust filters with 98% or greater efficiency and keep data sheets for overspray arrestors on location along with some reporting / training requirements.

You can download the EPAs final ruling in pdf format here or visit the EPAs Collision Repair Campaign page to determine what compliance measures are required for your operation.

We provide data sheets for the exhaust filters we sell on the respective pages to help you comply with the record keeping provision.
