Shipping

Q: How long will it take to ship my order?

  • The most common filters and components typically ship within 24-48 hours from the time you place your order. Other items typically ship within 3 to 4 days. Every product page lists an items turn around time.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Below is a chart that lists approximate transit times for UPS ground shipments. If you require a different (faster) shipping method, please contact us BEFORE placing your order. We will make that arrangement and provide you with a quote that reflects the shipping method of choice.

    Transit Times

    We ship multiple piece orders at the same time by default. This means if you order exhaust filters that ship in 24 hours and intake filters that have a 3-5 day lead time the entire order ships together in 3-5 days.

    We will be happy to ship the individual pieces of your order "as available" if timing is critical. Please email info@barzsprayboothsupplies.com, reference your order # and let us know. We will charge and ship your order in steps as the individual components are ready to go. A future verson of our website will address this issue during the checkout process.
  • We also reserve the right to ship via Spee-Dee Delivery Service or another carrier that meets or exceeds UPS timeframe. The reasons can include a faster delivery commitment or an order that is pulled and packed after UPSs daily pick-up at our warehouse.

Q: Do you know what size filters my spray booth requires?

  • While we make every effort to determine what filters a given booth uses, there are many different configurations and options. It is highly recommended that you measure the filters you will be replacing to ensure correct sizing. If you need help determining filter sizes, please use our contact us form and we will assist you in making this determination.

Q: Why is there such a difference in shipping prices on seemingly similar sized products?

  • Fiberglass exhaust filters are compressed before shipping which greatly reduces the size and thereby freight costs. Intake and ceiling filters cannot be compressed by the amount that most exhaust filters can. This is the reason it may cost the same to ship 20 intake filters to a given zip code as it would 100 exhaust filter pads or a roll.

Q: We need different filters or shipping options than are available on the site, can you do anything for us?

  • Absolutely! We will gladly setup a custom quote with different shipping parameters or filters than are available through our engine by default. Please use our contact us form and provide us with a destination zip code, preferred shipping method and the filters and quantities you need and we will email you a link to your personalized quote.

Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

  • Currently we accept credit cards Google Checkout. We will also extend net 30 day payment terms and accept a company check or money order for accounts that have passed a routine credit check. If you would like to apply for a credit account, please create an account then fill out our credit application. We will modify your account to reflect your status as a credit customer upon completion of a credit check.

Returns

For non-defective merchandise we charge a 20% restocking fee. Any defective product that has not been used or damaged through misuse will be replaced or refunded in a timely manner.

Privacy Policy

Bar Z does not sell, rent or lease the information you provided to 3rd partys, period.
We take privacy and data security seriously. Any page that displays sensitive data is secured via SSL.
As is standard practice, we do record certain usage information such as your IP address, browser being used and other information for security purposes. This information is also used to help us modify our site for the needs of our customers. Some of this sites functionality requires "cookies" to be enabled in your browser.
